Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

Eligibility and Age Requirement

  You must be at least 21 years of age. bdbje strictly enforces a 21+ age policy and will close any account found to belong to an individual below this age, returning any remaining real-money balance in accordance with applicable procedures.

  You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, partnership or other legal entity) registering for personal, non-commercial use only.

  You must not be a resident of, or accessing the platform from, any jurisdiction in which online gambling is specifically prohibited by applicable law. It is your responsibility to verify the legality of online gambling in your location before registering.

  You must not be an employee, contractor, agent or close family member of an employee of bdbje, or any company affiliated with bdbje, where such association could constitute a conflict of interest.

Account Registration and Verification

  You are responsible for ensuring that all registration information provided to bdbje is accurate, current and complete. You must notify bdbje promptly if any of your account details change, including your registered mobile number.

  Your account login credentials are personal and confidential. You must not share your password with any third party. bdbje will never contact you to request your password. You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

  bdbje reserves the right to refuse registration, close an account or limit access to the platform without providing a reason, where permitted by applicable law.

  Accounts that have been inactive for 12 consecutive months may be subject to a monthly dormancy fee in accordance with bdbje's dormancy policy, details of which will be communicated to the registered account email address prior to any deduction.

Deposits, Withdrawals and Payment Methods

  Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. bdbje will reject deposits that appear to originate from a third party's payment account, and may suspend the receiving player account pending investigation.

  Withdrawals will only be released to accounts that have passed KYC verification. Where a withdrawal request exceeds the amount deposited via real-money methods in the same session, enhanced verification may be required.

  bdbje does not charge a fee for standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your mobile payment provider (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) may apply its own transaction charges, over which bdbje has no control.

  bdbje reserves the right to delay, withhold or reverse any withdrawal where fraud, money laundering, bonus abuse or a breach of these Terms is suspected. In such cases, the relevant funds may be withheld pending investigation and, if a breach is confirmed, may be forfeited entirely.

Bonuses, Promotions and Wagering Requirements

  Bonuses are intended for personal use and may only be claimed by the eligible account holder. Systematic or coordinated bonus exploitation — including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts, automated betting scripts or exploitation of technical errors — is strictly prohibited and will result in bonus forfeiture and account closure.

  bdbje reserves the right to withhold, cancel or adjust any bonus, free spin or promotional credit at any time if it reasonably believes that the bonus was obtained fraudulently or in breach of these Terms.

  Only one welcome bonus per player, per household address and per payment method is permitted. Multiple accounts registered at the same address that each claim a new-player bonus will be treated as bonus abuse.

  Free spins awarded as part of a promotion are subject to the game restrictions and wagering requirements specified in the promotion terms. Winnings from free spins that are not wagered through to the required rollover threshold are not eligible for withdrawal.

  bdbje reserves the right to modify, suspend or discontinue any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is discontinued mid-claim, earned bonus progress will be honoured in accordance with the published promotion terms up to the date of discontinuation.

Responsible Gaming

  Deposit Limits: You may set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits on your bdbje account from the Finance section of your account settings. Once a deposit limit is lowered, the reduction takes effect immediately. Requests to increase a deposit limit are subject to a cooling-off period of at least 24 hours before the increase is applied.

  Self-Exclusion: You may request temporary or permanent self-exclusion from the bdbje platform by contacting support via the official support email. A temporary self-exclusion period ranges from 24 hours to 12 months. A permanent self-exclusion request, once confirmed, cannot be reversed.

  Reality Checks: Where session time reminders are enabled in your account settings, bdbje will display a notification at your selected interval reminding you how long you have been playing in the current session. You may update your session reminder preferences from your account settings at any time.

Prohibited Conduct

  Registering more than one account, or using another person's account details to access the platform, constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in all associated accounts being closed and balances forfeited.

  Using automated software, bots, scripts or artificial intelligence tools to place wagers, interact with games or gain an unfair advantage over other players or the platform is strictly forbidden.

  Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, or deliberately exploiting software bugs or errors to generate credits or winnings that would not otherwise be awarded, is prohibited and constitutes fraud.

  Using the bdbje platform to launder funds or to conduct any transaction that is related to illegal activity — including but not limited to fraud, theft, proceeds of crime or financing prohibited activities — is strictly forbidden and will be reported to the relevant authorities.

  Any attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, reproduce, distribute, scrape or republish any part of the bdbje platform, its software, data feeds, odds or content without prior written authorisation from bdbje is prohibited.

Intellectual Property and Platform Use

Limitation of Liability

  bdbje's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from or in connection with your use of the platform shall not exceed the total value of deposits made by you to your bdbje account in the 30 calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

  The bdbje platform includes games and sports betting markets supplied by third-party providers. bdbje is not responsible for errors, malfunctions or interruptions in third-party game software. Where a game malfunction voids the affected round, affected bets will be refunded at the original stake value.

  Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes bdbje's liability for death or personal injury caused by bdbje's negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.
